​Liberty Valance & Blinds offers a limited lifetime warranty for residential applications and a 5 year limited warranty for commercial applications, guaranteeing that the Liberty Valance & Blind window treatment will be free from defects in materials and workmanship, under normal conditions of use and treatment, providing the products were properly installed and products were made or assembled exclusively from Liberty Valance & Blinds materials and components.  The obligation of Liberty Valance & Blinds is limited to repair or replace the window treatments or components found to be defective, and excludes shipping charges and labor costs for measuring, fabricating or installation.  Repairs will be made with like or similar parts.

This warranty does not include any conditions or damages resulting from accidents, alterations, exposure to elements (which could cause, among other things, the fading of shade colors), misuse, abuse, motorized devices, or failure to follow our instructions with respect to measurement, installation, cleaning or maintenance.  Liberty Valance & Blinds shall not be liable for any injury, loss or damage, arising directly or indirectly out of the use of, or the inability to use the fabrics with a non adapted blind system, or the improper installation of hardware.

This warranty does not cover damage to any materials as a result of using window cleaners or similar substances, which could cause discoloration of the unit.  This warranty does not cover any condition or damage resulting from removal of the unit and re-installation in the same or another window.  This warranty does not apply to conditions caused by normal wear and tear upon the product.  This warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other obligations, liabilities or warranties.  In no event shall Liberty Valance & Blinds, or its licensed fabricators or distributors, be liable or responsible for incidental or consequential damages or for any other direct or indirect damage, loss, cost, expense or fee.
